PART XXII - JUDGMENT DEBTOR SUMMONS, WARRANT OF ARREST, ECT.

Section 173. Application for attachment of immovable property.

(1) An application for attachment of property before judgment shall be made in Form 27.

(2) An order for attachment of property before judgment shall be delivered to the bailiff together with a copy of each of the affidavit used on the application.

(3) The bailiff shall deliver to the person whose property is attached the said copies of affidavits if request to do.
