PART XVI - SUBPOENAS
Section 103. Prisoners.
A party requiring the attendance of a person in prison may be required to deposit into Court the probable cost of his conveyance under escort to and from the Court and subsistence. Subject to the provisions of any written law, the Court may there upon issue an order for his production in Court, and the Officer in Charge of the prison shall so produce him.
