PART III - BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

Section 5. Board of Management.

(1) Every application for registration of Religious Schools shall be accompanied by an instrument in the prescribed form establishing the Board of Management for the school.

(2) The Board shall be the trustee of all the assets and properties of the Religious School.

(3) Every such Board shall consist of at least seven persons who shall hold such positions as may be necessary for any particular Religious School and having such powers and duties as shall be prescribed by the instrument and the Headmaster of each Religious School shall be appointed as the Secretary of the Board.
