ENACTMENT NO. 2 OF 1988 CONTROL OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS ENACTMENT 1988
PART II - REGISTRAR AND DEPUTY REGISTRARS
Section 4. Duties of the Registrar.
(1) It shall be the responsibility of the Registrar to ensure that all Religious School within the State are being properly administered.
(2) The Registrar shall, at all times, keep the State Authority informed of the state of affairs of all the Religious Schools within the State.
(3) The Registrar shall keep or cause to be kept a register of all Religious Schools registered under this Enactment and there shall be recorded in the register the particulars in respect of each school including-
(a) the name and addres of the school;
(b) the members of the Board of Management of the school;
