Section 103. Presumption is rebuttable.
The presumption under section 102 is rebuttable only if-
(i) the child personally rejects such declaration;
(ii) on proof that the difference in the ages of the declarant and the child declared is so small that physically it is impossible to presume that a relationship of father and child exists;
(iii) on proof that the child declared is factually the issue of someone else; and
(iv) on proof that the mother of the child declared cannot possibly be the lawful wife of the declarant at the time of gestation.
