PART VI - MAINTENANCE OF WIFE AND CHILDREN
Section 52. Power of Court to order security for maintenance.
The Court may in its discretion in determining the amount of maintenance order the person responsible to pay maintenance to give security for the due payment of all or any portion of the maintenance by assigning whatever property in his possession to the trustee with the direction to pay the maintenance or any portion thereof from the income of the property so assigned and subject thereto as a trust for the person making the said trust.
