PART II - MARRIAGE

Section 7. Persons by whom marriages may be solemnized.

A marriage in the State of Pahang shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Enactment and shall be solemnized in accordance with Hukum Syara' by-

(a)

the

wali

in the presence or with the permission of the Registrar;

the representatives of the

wali

in the presence and with the permission of the Registrar;

(c)

the Registrar as the representative of the

wali;

(d)

wali Hakim.
