PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 129. Contempt of court.
Any person who fails to comply wIth an order of a court which under this Enactment amounts to a contempt of court commits an offence and shall on conviction be punished with a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding three months or with both such fine and imprisonment.
