PART IV - REGISTRATION OF ISLAMIC SCHOOL

Section 15. Deregistration

(1) The Registrar shall notify the Board of any noncompliance with any conditions specified in the Certificate of Registration or any other instructions issued by him and shall instruct the Board to comply with such conditions.

(2) If the Board fails to comply with the Registrar's instructions, the Registrar may cancel the instrument and Certificate of Registration of the said Islamic School.

(3) Any Board whose Islamic School has been deregistered under this section may, on satisfying the Registrar that the non-compliance specified in the Registrar's instructions have been rectified, apply again for re-registration of the Islamic School.
