PART IX - GENERAL
Section 47. Right of access.
The Registrar of Wakaf or Assistant Registrar of Wakaf or any servant of the Majlis shall at all reasonable time, have free access to all lands, buildings or premises which has been vested as wakaf to the Majlis for the purpose of implementing the provisions of this Enactment or any regulation made thereunder.
