Section 26. Secrecy

The proceeding of the Majlis shall be kept secret and no member or servant thereof shall disclose or divulge to any person, other than the Yang di - Pertuan Agong and any member of the Majlis, any matter that has arisen at any meeting unless he is expressly authorized by the Majlis.
