PART X - GENERAL

Section 131. Repeal and saving.

Parts VI, VII, sections 152, 153, 157, 158, 159 and 160 of the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment, 1965 [Enact. 11/65] are hereby repealed:

Provided that all proceedings instituted under such provisions hereby repealed shall be continued as if this Enactment has not been passed.
