Section 67. Special Syariah Court of Appeal

When the court is sitting to hear an appeal from the decision or order of the Special Syariah Trial Court, the Special Syariah Court of Appeal shall consist of five Judges, three of whom shall be ulama and the session shall be presided over by any one of the said Judges.
