PART XXX - MONIES, INVESTED FUNDS AND PROPERTY IN COURT
Section 215. Mode of payment.
Payment out may, if not more than $20, be made in cash and, if over $50, shall be made by cheque payable to the payee and marked "Payable only within 30 days after date". A fresh cheque may be issued in place of one not cashed in due time.
