Section 59. Appointment of Syariah Subordinate Court Judges

(1) The Duli Yang Maha Mulia Raja Pemerintah, after consulting the Chief Syarie Judge, may appoint from amongst members of the public service Syariah Subordinate Court Judges.

(2) Every appointment under subsection (1) shall be published in the Gazette.
