Section 211. Incitement to neglect religious duty.

Whoever incites or persuades any Muslim not to attend any mosque or not to attend for any Islamic religious instruction or not to pay zakat or fitrah or not to make any payment for which he is liable under this Enactment or not to do anything which is obligatory thereunder commits an offende and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding one year or with both.
