ENACTMENT NO. 5 OF 1984 SYARIAH CIVIL PROCEDURE ENACTMENT 1984
PART XXXV - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 272. Rules.
The Ruler may by notification in the Gazzettemake rules for carrying out of the provisions of this Enactment and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing such rules may provide for-
(a) the practice and procedure of the Registrar of Qadhi's Court and Appeal Court;
(b) the fees to paid under this Enactment;
(c) the forms, account book, and other documents required for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Enactment ;
(d) the Court's proceedings, forms and method of executing of any instrument, and appointment of officer or agent of the Court ;
(e) the keeping of records and grounds of judgment or Court's judgment ;
(f) the execution of any Court's order from other Courts in or outside the State ;
(g) the issuing of certificate, declaration and certified copy of any document of the Court.
