Section 70. Tenure of office
(1) Every Judge is entitled to hold office until he voluntarily resigns from his office, unless in the meantime he is required to leave the service because of unsound mind or ill health which has to be certified by not less than three medical experts or because he is found by an independent Tribunal to have committed an offence which renders him unfit to be a Judge.
(2) Both the medical experts and the members of the independent Tribunal which is consist of a chairperson and not less than 4 members shall be appointed by His Royal Highness the Sultan after consulting such authority, body or individual whom His Highness thinks fit and proper.
