Section 32. Majlis as sole trustee.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in any instruments or declaration creating, governing or affecting any wakaf, the Majlis shall be the sole trustee of all wakaf, whether wakaf am or khas, situated in and outside the State of Malacca.
