Section 61. Search by Religious Enforcement Officer.
(1) Whenever a Religious Enforcement Officer makes an investigation into any offence which he is authorised to investigate he may if he thinks necessary for the purpose of such investigation search or cause search to be made for any document or other thing at any place.
(2) The provisions of this Code as to search warrants shall, so far as may be, apply to a search made under this section.
