Zakat and Fitrah

Section 156. Controller, Deputy Controller, Nazir, and Amil.

The Commissioner shall be the Controller of Zakat and Fitrah for the State and may appoint such Deputy Controllers, Nazir Zakat, Assistant Nazir Zakat, Amils, and Assistant Amils in each mukim masjid as he thinks necessary.
