Section 132. Recording evidence before trial.
The Court may, if it appears likely that any intended witness in any proceedings will not be able to give evidence at the trial or hearing, record the evidence of the witness in writing and the evidence so recorded may be used as evidence at the trial or hearing, on condition that any opposite party has been given due opportunity to attend and cross-examine.
