PART VIII - GENERAL
Section 123. Acknowledgment of a woman in the period of edah.
If the person who makes the acknowledgment is a woman who is married or is in her period of edah, the husband of such woman shall not be deemed to be the father of the child who is acknowledged, unless that acknowledgment of t~e woman is confirmed by her husband or is supported by evidence.
