PART XVIII - TRIALS
Section 125. Trial not concluded.
Where a Qadhi has commenced a trial and is unable for any reason to conclude it, another Qadhi, as the case may be, may with the consent of all parties continue the trial and give judgment. In the absence of such consent there shall be a new trial.
