(a) exercise all duties and powers conferred upon him by any written law;
(b) exercise his functions in any proceedings in Court or in Chambers within his jurisdiction; and
(c) enter judgment by consent of the parties in Court.
(2) A Judge may exercise in Court or in Chambers all the powers conferred to a Registrar.
(3) A Judge of the Syariah High Court may on the application of any person or in his discretion, order the Syariah Subordinate Court to register any case, the registration of which had been rejected.
(4) The Chief Syariah Judge may on the application of any party or in his discretion, order any Court to register any case, the registration of which had been rejected.
