PART VII - OFFENCES
Section 215. Selling giving away, or delivering children.
(1) Notwithstanding any other written law to the contrary, any Muslim who sells or gives away or delivers his child or a child under his care to any person who is not a Muslim commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not ecceeding three thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding one year or with both.
(2) The sale or giving away or delivery of a child in contravention of subsection (1) is void, and the Court shall order the child to be returned to his parents or to the custody of any person or party determined by the Court.
