Section 95. When witness need not be examined

A Hakim Syariah is not required to conduct an examination on a witness who had earlier been determined to be adil in another hearing which had been conducted before him where the time period between both hearings does not exceed six months; if the time period exceeds six months, the Hakim Syariah shall conduct a fresh examination.
