Process To Compel Appearance (Civil Cases)

Section 88. Place and time of service.

(1) Service may be effected at any place, on any day and at any time of the day or night.

(2) Service effected after four in the afternoon shall ordinarily be deemed to have been effected on the follo wing day.

(3) Service effected after noon on the day preceding, or at any time on, a weekly holiday or a public holiday shall be deemed to have been effected on the day after that holiday.
