Section 96. Restraint against interference.
The Court is empowered during the pendency of a proceeding between a wife and husband or at any time after an order is made un maintenance or muta'ah or divorce by fasakh or dissolution to restrain a person from interfering or violating by whatever means a husband or wife or a former husband or former wife.
