Section 168. Friday prayers in unauthorized places.

(1) No person shall convene or take part in the
performance of Friday prayers at any place other than a mosque where Friday prayers may be held or a place approved for the purpose, by the Commissioner.

(2) Any mosque approved for Friday prayers shall be gazetted.
