CHAPTER 1 - GENERAL

Section 21. Amendment and service.

(1) Where any change of parties occur during the pendency of any proceedings-

(a) the title of the proceedings shall be amended accordingly; and

(b) any person added or substituted as a defendant shall be served with all documents of the proceedings unless he agrees that such service is unnecessary.

(2) The proceedings against the person referred to in paragraph (1) (b) shall be deemed to have begun upon the date of such service or waiver, as the case may be.
