PART VII - WAKAF MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

Section 25. Additional powers of the Wakaf Management Committee with the consent of the Majlis.

The Wakaf Management Committee may, with the consent of the Majlis and subject to the terms of such consent—

(a) istibdal any mawquf; or

(b) develop or invest the mawquf.
