CHAPTER 29 - GENERAL


Section 212. Hukum Syara' when applicable.

(1) Any provision of this Code which is contrary to Hukum Syara' shall be invalid to the extent that it is contrary.

(2) Where there is lacuna or any provision of this Code is not clear the Court shall be guided by Hukum Syara'.
