EXECUTION OF WILL

Section 3. Will may be made orally, in writing or by gesture.

(1) A will may be made orally or in writing and, if the testator is incapable of either, a will may be made by an intelligible gesture on his part.

(2) A will made orally or by gesture shall be made before at least two witnesses who are competent to be accepted as witnesses according to Hukum Syarak.

(3) A written will shall be made in the form set out in the Second Schedule.
