SECOND SCHEDULE

[ Section 7 (2)]

MATTERS THAT SHALL BE BEGUN BY APPLICATION

1. All applications in relation to marriage under Part II of the Islamic Family Law Enactment 1984 which requires consent or certification from the Court.

2. All applications in relation to maintenance of wife, child and others under Part VI of the Islamic Family Law Enactment 1984.

3. All application in relation to guardianship under part VII of the Islamic Family Law Enactment 1984.

4. Reliefs under sections 102 and 103 of the Islamic Family Law Enactment 1984.

5. All applications for legitimacy of a child under scetions 106 to 116 of the Islamic Family Law Enactment 1984.

6. All non-contentious civil matters of which the mode of proceedings is not expressly provided under any written law applicable to the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan.
