Section 12. An act preparatory to the commission of Zina

Any person who does not act preparatory to the commission of zina shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both and to whipping not exceeding three strokes.
