Section 150. Notice of appeal.
(1) Every appeal shall be by notice in writing within thirty days from the date the judgment, sentence or order was passed or made and shall be filed by the appellant with the Registrar of the Syariah High Court at the place where the judgment, sentence or order appealed against was passed or made and at the same time paying the prescribed fees therefor.
(2) Every notice of appeal shall be in form 9, referred in the schedule and filled in seven copies addressed to the Syariah Appeal Court and shall contain an address at which any notice or document connected with the appeal may be served upon the appellant or his peguam syarie.
