Section 107. Failure to do justice to wife.

Any husband who wilfully fails to do justice to his wife in accordance with the Hukum Syarak shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding four months or both.
