PART VII - WAKAF MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

Section 23. Wakaf Management Committee’s meeting.

(1) The Chairman shall preside all meetings of the Wakaf Management Committee and if the Chairman is absent, the members present may elect from amongst the members to preside over the meeting.

(2) The members of the Wakaf Management Committee shall use their best endeavours to arrive at all decisions of the meeting by consensus failing which, the decision by a two-thirds majority of the members present shall be required.
