PART VIII - GENERAL

Section 231. Cessation of application of the Enactment

Sections 54 to 69 of the Enactment and such other provisions thereof which relate to criminal proceedings shall hereby cease to apply to the State of Penang:

Provided that where any case or matter is pending before any Court on the coming into force of this Enactment, the provisions of the Enactment shall apply in respect of the proceedings of such case or matter to the extent that it causes no injustice.
