PART II - APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MAJLIS

Section 7. Revocation of appointments.

(1) His Royal Highness the Sultan may revoke the appointment of any member of the Majlis -

(a) if for any reason he cannot perform the duties of his office in a proper manner; or

(b) if he, without any reasonable cause approved by the President, absents himself from three consecutive meetings of the Majlis.

(2) Notwithstanding any provision in subsection (1), His Royal Higness the Sultan may, in his discretion, revoke the appointment of any member of the Majlis.
