PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM DAN ADAT MELAYU PERAK
Section 23. Minutes.
(1) The Secretary shall keep minutes of all meetings of the Majlis, and at every meeting the minutes of the previous meeting shall unless the Majlis otherwise decides, be confirmed subject to any amendment that may be required.
(2) Unless otherwise directed by the Majlis in any particular case, the minutes shall be precise and contain only decisions and matters of importance.
(3) As soon as possible after every meeting of the Majlis, a copy of the minutes shall be submitted for the approval of Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan. On such approval copies of the minutes shall be sent to all members of the Majlis.
(4) Meetings of the Majlis shall be held with such regularity that not more than three calendar months shall have elapsed between one meeting and the next.
