ENACTMENT NO. 13 OF 1984 ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW ENACTMENT 1984
PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short title, application and commencement.
This Enactment may be cited as the Islamic Family Law Enactment 1984 and shall come into force on such date as His Royal Highness may by notification in the Gazette appoint:
Provided that His Royal Highness may appoin different dates by notification in the Gazette for the coming into force of different Parts or provisions of this Enactment.
