General Provisions
Section 67. Appearance in Proceedings.
(1) In any criminal proceedings, every accused person shall appear in person , notwithstanding that he is represented by an advocate, unless it is expressly provided otherwise.
(2) In any civil proceedings, every party may appear either in person or by an advocate.
