Section 164. Deposit of expenses.
The bailiff shall not be obliged to take any action under an order for execution until the judgment creditor shall have deposited a sum sufficient in the opinion of the bailiff to defray any expenses of the execution, including expenses of keeping possession for a period not exceeding 14 days, and if it exceeds more than 14 days, he may require a further deposit and, if the same be not furnished, may release the property.
