ENACTMENT NO 5 OF 2005 WAKAF (STATE OF MALACCA) ENACTMENT 2005
PART IX - GENERAL
Section 49. Powers to make rules.
The Majlis may, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, by notification in the Gazette, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Enactment, and in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, such rules may provide for—
(a) financial procedure;
(b) fees and payment;
(c) prescribe the forms to be used in respect of any act or thing to be taken pursuance to this Enactment;
(d) the implementation of the administration and management of wakaf shares;
(e) management of usufruct or benefit of the wakaf; and
(f) other matters necessary for the implementation of the provisions of this Enactment.
