PART XXI - POWERS OF JUDGE AND REGISTRAR

Section 208. Powers of Registrar.

In the Court where he is appointed, the Registrar in Chambers may-

(a) adjourn any proceedings;

(b) fix a date for the trial of any proceeding;

(d) where security is ordered to be given, determine its sufficiency;

(e) by consent of all parties, order consolidation of any proceedings; and

(f) carry out any Qther functions provided under this Enactment or any order of the Judge.
