PART II - APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MAJLIS
Section 8. Temporary appointments.
In the event of the temporary absence from the State or incapacity of any member of the Majlis, His Royal Higness the Sultan may appoint another member in his place temporarily, but the temporary appointment shall cease when the member whose office is temporarily filled informs His Royal Highness the Sultan through the President that he is ready to resume duty as a member of the Majlis.
