Section 19. Duties and powers of Secretary

Subject to such directions as may be given to him by the Yang di - Pertua, the Secretary shall have charge of all correspondence and documents of the Majlis and shall in all other respects carry out such duties as may be imposed upon him by this Enactment or assigned to him by the Yang diPertua.
