ADMINISTRATION OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS ENACTMENT OF THE STATE OF PENANG 1993

PART 1 - PRELIMINARY

Section 1. Short title, application, and commencement

(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Administration of Islamic Religious Affairs Enactment of the State of Penang 1993.

(2) This Enactment shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Yang di - Pertuan Agong by notification in the Gazette.

(3) The Yang di - Pertuan Agong may appoint different dates for the coming into force of different provisions of this Enactment.
